Rebar Mill
ASPM provides Design, Engineering, Manufacturing and Commissioning solutions for complete TMT Bar Rolling Mills on Turnkey Basis with latest technologies. We provide Rolling mills capable of producing Bar rods from sizes 8mm to 40mm with the production capacity ranging from 75000 to 500000 TPA. ASPM has provided more than 50 such Rolling mills Pan India and across the Global.
The Bar rods are made with Billets/Ingot which passes through various stands to get the desired shape and size. The bar then passes through the quenching system and gets self-tempered and quenched. The process is undertaken to increase the strength of the rebar’s.
Narrow Hot Strip Mill
ASPM provides Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Commissioning solutions for complete Narrow and Medium Hot strip mills ranging from strip width of 100 to 710 mm and thickness ranging from 0.8 to 5.0 mm. We have supplied more than 15 strip mills across India.
The primary function of the hot strip mill (HSM) is to reheat the semi-finished steel slabs (rolled or continuously cast) to the rolling temperatures and then to roll them thinner.
We take pride in saying that we have list of satisfied customers using Continuous strip Mills which are fully automatic and thus the human intervention in the running mill is negligible. The mills supplied by us has the feature of widh and gauge variation control. We help set up Narrow Strip mills in lieu of the Mega Strip Mills at reasonable project costs.

Wire Rod Mill
ASPM Provides Complete turnkey solutions capable of rolling of smaller dimensions at high production rates, while at the same time keeping investments and operating costs at the reasonable levels. The growing demands on the quality of the wire rods as well as on the flexibility and cost effectiveness of the wire rod mills has necessitated the development of new and innovative technologies and processes.
We also Provide Complete range of No-Twist Wire Rod Block Mills needed to produce Wires of sizes ranging from Ø5.5 ~ Ø16mm finished wire. We supply Block Mills ranging from 2-10 stands working at a max speed of 80 m / sec depending on the client’s requirement speed of 80 m / sec. Wire Rod Block Mills uses cantilever rolls of small diameters which are arranged alternatively at 45” below and above the horizontal which produces single strand Wires.
This 90” relationship between adjacent rolls eradicates the twisting oval into round passes as conventional oval-to round sequence, resulting in simpler guide design and leas guide wear and tear.
