Looper

Our loopers are in Fabricated Steel construction with top vertical discharge. The deflecting roller is actuated through air cylinders. The looper fixed type. The rollers are water-cooled and the bearings are grease lubricated.

A set of freely rotating guide rollers is provided on the entry and delivery side of the looper to guide the bar. All rollers run in antifriction bearings, duly sealed to avoid the ingress of water and scale. These loopers are Suitable for slit operation. Looper is mounted on a trolley along with a dummy roller table to facilitate easy bypass as per the rolling program.
