These types of plants  assures the production of a wide range of products from one Mill,  which makes it suitable to meet the broad market’s demand. Such types of mills has the advantage of High flexibility along with proven reliability.

A mill of this kind has a capacity of 500,000 to 600,000 TPA
and the products ranging from 8 to 40 mm Bars, 20 to 65 mm Angles, 10 to 36 mm
Squares , Channels up  to 100 mm and wire rods up to 16 mm.

This mill mainly consists of:

·       Reheating furnace

·       Roughing mill with horizontal-vertical stands,

·       cantilever or Housingless type

·       Intermediate mill with horizontal-vertical Housingless stands

·      Finishing mill with horizontal and convertible Housingless stands with quick-changing device

·       Roller Way with lifting Arpons

·       Cooling bed

·       Straightening Machine.

·       Finishing Area with cold shear, stacker and strapping or tying machines.
